1. Book towing / motorcycle transportation
- Open Book Towing.
- Fill in your name, phone/WhatsApp number, motorcycle details, pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, urgency level, and problem type.
- Upload motorcycle photo if available.
- Submit the booking.
2. Do not assume dispatch is automatic
After submission, the first status is Pending Review. Admin will review the details, confirm price, check payment instruction, and assign the suitable towing company.
3. Track your booking
Open Track Booking. Enter your booking number and the phone number used during booking.
4. Payment
Final price is subject to confirmation. The system supports bank transfer, DuitNow QR, cash, deposit, and pay after delivery depending on admin instruction.
5. Upload payment proof
When requested, open the payment page from the booking status and upload your payment slip. Payment proof is not publicly visible.
6. Contact by WhatsApp
Use the WhatsApp button to share extra details such as motorcycle photos, exact location, landmarks, or time changes.
7. Safety tips
- Save your booking number.
- Make sure your WhatsApp number is correct.
- Add a pickup landmark.
- For accident/unsafe roadside location, contact the team quickly by WhatsApp.
